  Gelila is an absolutely phenomenal MD UME Consultant. Gelila's knowledge surrounding MMI (as well as Panel Interviews) and her extreme attention to detail, high levels of candidate thought process introspection and constant constructive advice for a candidate's own betterment made my several weeks of working with her a supremely enjoyable experience. As a Resident Physician, she has innumerable insights and wisdom into the nuanced working spectrum encompassed by a Physician's interdisciplinary care model; and her breadth and depth of knowledge of the healthcare system as a whole is extremely impressive. Her approach is kind, attentive, empathetic, highly easy to work with and a genuine pleasure all around to be counselled, assessed and tutored by. There is a reason she has a consistent 5-star Consultant rating and I couldn't agree more with this. If I could choose all over again I would select Gelila in a heartbeat. She cares deeply about her student-clients without a doubt and genuinely wants to see you succeed in your dreams and goals. Whether you're an experienced re-applicant like myself or a first-time applicant, Dr. Gelila is a wonderful Consultant with a myriad of true medical expertise. I would definitely consider her to be a master of MMI. She will work to push you to your full potential and you'll look back upon yourself later, amazed at how much potential she was able to help you derive from yourself. I completed my interviews with a feeling of confidence afterwards, believing that I performed at basically my maximum potential. This is a challenging process all around and requires hard work and effort for most people. I agree with another reviewer: you TRULY are in good hands with her mentorship. Thank you Dr. Gelila - it was an absolute honour working together this application cycle! :) 5-STARS ALL AROUND!!!
