During my first cycle, I received interviews at the University of Alberta (OOP) and Ottawa University. Having received poor feedback on my ECs for multiple schools (either bottom/below average quartile), I knew I needed to completely reframe my experiences. Next cycle I received 6 interviews (UBC (IP), UoA (OOP), UoC (OOP), USask (OOP), UOttawa, Queens), with the same ECs. This demonstrated to me that the way you frame your ECs is critical, as what was previously deemed as bottom quartile experiences now granted me interviews at multiple EC heavy OOP and Ontario schools.

Kenny prepares excellent thought-provoking questions to help you prepare for interviews adequately and his feedback is detailed. He is very good at pinpointing both your strengths and weaknesses and choosing questions that give you an opportunity to improve. I would absolutely recommend him!
