My path to medicine wasn’t straightforward—I applied to schools in both Canada and the U.S. multiple times. While I faced setbacks along the way, I used those experiences to grow. I built a strong network of mentors, learned how to highlight my unique strengths, and refined my personal narrative. That growth paid off: in my final cycle, I interviewed at four schools and earned acceptances at three.

Last year, I worked with many pre-meds through mentorship programs. Six of which ended up with acceptances at Western, TMU, and UofT.
