  I had such a great experience with Nicole! First off she has great response time. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and helping me improve my BIF. Her insight, advice, and attention to detail were incredibly helpful and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. You can really tell she genuinely cares about helping students succeed. I’m already looking forward to working with her again in a couple of months for CASPer/interview prep.

  Nicole is such a positive and motivational mentor. I have met with her for BIF and Interview support, and she has been pivotal in my preparation. I highly recommend Nicole especially as a first time applicant as she has incredible insight into the process and the values of OVC.
