Hey! I am a current ENT resident in the Texas Medical Center with several years of experience tutoring and mentoring students throughout the medical school and residency application processes. My focus is primarily on helping students with interview preparation (both MMI and traditional mock interviews), personal statements, and school selection/application strategy. I also offer a unique perspective for students pursuing competitive specialties: after not matching into ENT on my first attempt, I completed two years of internal medicine residency before successfully reapplying and matching into ENT in 2023.
Whether you're applying to medical school, preparing for residency, pursuing a competitive specialty, or navigating the reapplication process, I can help provide personalized guidance to help you submit a strong application and shine on interview day. I look forward to working with you!

Salman was an excellent mentor and guide through the difficult interview process. He was able to polish my answers to make them shine! He had a lot of knowledge about the interview process and what adcoms really wanted to hear from applicants, as well as tips to stick out during interviews. I sought his help for 2 interviews - MMI and Traditional, and for both he came prepared with varying scenarios and questions that helped me understand my own theme and values better. I definitely recommend buying his 3 session pack to learn where you are lacking and practice your skills with him.

He gave me strong guidance and objective critiques that prepared me well for my medical school interview. He was also well prepared for our sessions and well informed about the medical school interviews.
