Hi! I’m Shayan, a First Year Medical Student at the University of Toronto! Having studied Medical Sciences at Western University, I know exactly what it’s like to come from a difficult science undergrad, especially when you’re trying to build a strong application alongside it. 

I’ve mentored many pre-med students and picked up plenty of application tips & tricks along the way. I’ve also lived in Toronto for almost my whole life, so if Temerty is your dream school, I’d be especially excited to help you work toward it!

Whether you need help with your ABS, essays, interviews, or simply figuring out where to start, I’d love to help you tell your story in your own voice. I can also support you with the MCAT and Casper, having scored a 520 and 4th quartile, respectively.

Outside of medicine, you’ll usually find me kicking a soccer ball around, playing piano, teaching karate, reading, or kayaking when I get the chance. I’d love to get to know you, hear your story, and support you wherever you are in the process.
